Mini Biography
He made his Broadway debut in 1962 as Randolph in the original production of "Bye Bye Birdie," He went on to do the
national road tour and Vegas company of the show. Among his other stage work has been "Oliver!," the first national tour of
"Grease," in which he played Sonny and John Travolta played Doody, "Guys and Dolls," "Fiddler on the Roof," and many others.
He as been a series regular of "CPO Sharkey" and "The New Love American Style," and has guest starred on such shows as "ER,"
"Beverly Hills 90210,) and "Major Dad." His films include "Avenging Angel," "Dutch Treat" and the upcoming "My Favorite Martian."
A graduate of Carnegie-Mellon
University, Pearl was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in Pennsylvania Dutch country. He is married to actress Heather
Brown, with whom he is currently touring in "Barney's Big Surprise."
